Prior to starting BridgeGap PEO Brokers, James worked exclusively for Automatic Data Processing consulting with businesses interested in joining or exiting a PEO, including aligning Payroll & HR systems to maximize employee productivity and client revenues.

James founded BridgeGap PEO Brokers, LLC to expand the network of available solutions he can provide to his clients to continue his passion of aligning the best industry-leading solutions to meet and exceed their strategic objectives.

When not working, James enjoys many hobbies and the time spent with his wife of 26+ years and their two daughters.

Heather has an MS in Epidemiology with a minor in biostatistics, and a PhD in Epidemiology with minors in Environmental Science and Infectious Diseases from The University of Texas Houston Health Science Center.
