James, CEO and Founder of BridgeGap PEO Brokers LLC, has been in the HR, PEO, and Payroll industry for 27+ years. Prior to starting BridgeGap PEO Brokers, James worked exclusively for Automatic Data Processing consulting with businesses interested in joining or exiting a PEO, including aligning Payroll & HR systems to maximize employee productivity and client revenues.

James founded BridgeGap PEO Brokers, LLC to expand the network of available solutions he can provide to his clients to continue his passion of aligning the best industry-leading solutions to meet and exceed their strategic objectives.

When not working, James enjoys many hobbies and the time spent with his wife of 26+ years and their two daughters.

Heather has an MS in Epidemiology with a minor in biostatistics, and a PhD in Epidemiology with minors in Environmental Science and Infectious Diseases from The University of Texas Houston Health Science Center.

Heather has extensive experience with databases, data analysis, data interpretation, and data visualization. She loves compiling data, building comparative charts, and presenting data in ways that are easy to understand. She also developed and maintains the website. Her background is a key factor to help assimilate and analyze the PEO data that will best fit your company.

When not working, Heather enjoys spending time with her family – husband of 26+ years, two daughters, and additional extended family members.

Allie is currently a senior at Texas A&M majoring in English, with minors in art and economics. She constructs the technical writing elements, logo, graphics, and other design components for the company.
